It took over 15 minutes to receive my order of 2 Peanut Buster Parfaits ordering inside when I was only customer at the counter. Once I received them they dropped one on the floor and it took another 5 minutes to get that while the first one got all melted. This is the 3rd time I have been here the last few months and the service is always terrible. When I go to the Dairy Queen in Jackson, it never has this problem. The manager needs to address this. I won't be coming back. Will go to Jumbos instead.

I come here pretty much every day at work, and have yet to be disappointed with the food, and the servers are usually super friendly.
