refused to redeem my free ice cream coupon code because i had the numbered code and not the bar code, while the app did not allow me to return to the bar code. when looking for assistance, was told by the employee that it was “not their problem”. overall very rude and dismissive and i left feeling very humiliated.

I placed an order for a small dipped corn on the mobile app for $3.99. When I went to pick up my order, the staff told me they had a daily deal of $3.99 for a small blizzard. I asked if I could get a Blizzard instead because this deal was not shown up on the mobile app, and I paid for the same price. I ordered my daughter a custom birthday cake. They were very happy to help and full of jokes, but when I went to pick up my cake I was blown away, they definitely went above and beyond! We will be for all of our birthday cakes!!
