Ordered 4 different times(the same item mind you), and got the item every way you could do it up. First time perfect. Second time right size extra peanut butter cups when I asked for sauce. Third time ordered a large, got a medium. It was busy and at least they made it right so I let it slide. Fourth time made sure to say the order loudly and in steps so I didn't rush em when they took It down. Some how got Xtra peanut butter topping and Xtra peanut butter topping. It was like 3pm today I was on break decided to come here to eat I go threw drive thru waited 10 min rude wouldn’t take my order listening to my convo but sure had time to but in my convo threw the intercom I ask for a manager co worker came on other mic saying she not taking my order after I waited half my break
