Workers are very rude.
Horrable service. Angry staff. Go anywhere else. The one on dequindre is awesome. Both service and better quality food.
My daughter and I went online and customized an ice cream cake on January 6th to be picked up on January 10th at noon we arrived about 2:00 p.m. the work associate- said there is no cake made with our name and our order number, there was no manager to speak to, they did absolutely nothing to satisfy us, the lady was very rude. Worst DQ I’ve been to in a long time. Workers are ignorant and very rude. They are incapable of even serving ice cream. Very embarrassing - definitely will not be back.
