I would not recommend eating at this location. The floor is terribly dirty and greasy to where you need to be careful when walking so you don't slip. Dangerous to employees and customers. One of the kitchen staff was wearing a very unclean apron with stains of several days wear. The bathroom sink has not been cleaned in a very long time, if at all. The business needs to close for a week for cleaning or the Health Board should be notified for the health of their customers. Too bad for Waconia.

Absolutely terrible. First review, but not my first terrible experience. Stopped by this time to pick up 1 dilly bar and 2 buster bars. I picked up both items from freezer and waited in line behind 2 orders. Cashier took first order and went to kitchen without saying a word or asking what we wanted. Lady in front of me was their to pick up an app order and I wanted to buy 3 already made items. *CHANGED REVIEW* after so long. Seems they have finally stepped up their game!! My lady loves dairy queen. We wouldn't get it as much bevause the service's here were terrible! Missing items left and right. We were tired of it. Well you guys have flawlessly delivered the last few times with food. And someone who gets DQ on a regular even after 1 star reviews. Took a break.
