Workers need to pay more attention in the kitchen! I order 2 2 pieces of the new flamethrower chicken strips off the 2 for 5 menu and got regular cold strips and it was missing my sauce i also got a burger meal with gravy on the side they forgot the gravy as well but besides that the ice cream was very good not melted and exactly what i asked for.
It took 37 mins to get through the drive through. Terrible.
We sat in the drive through for 40+ minutes. We gave the benefit of the doubt that they were busy up until we got to the window. No apology for the wait, charged the wrong item, charged the new item, given half the order, forgotten about, then asked to pay for the next order, and then finally given the rest of our order. Still no apology. Likely won't come back.
We Purchased 3 blizzards and it was like eating ice cream with hardly anything in it. I had ordered the cookie dough flavor and it was so bland. I will go to Norwood if I want a blizzard or Culver’s if I am in Waconia going forward. I have zero interest in going to the Waconia DQ location ever again.
Shut it down not a good store to get your food at hit up any of the other spots within a mile this place sucks
