I’ve hesitated to leave a negative review because I’ve genuinely tried to support this business over the years despite repeated issues. Unfortunately, after many visits, I can’t recall a single experience that went smoothly, whether dining in, picking up an order, or using delivery. My most recent visit was particularly frustrating. Go to the Chaska DQ! They are incredibly fast, always hot food and the order is always right! Amazing service. We tried Waconia again tonight (6/13) and got an incorrect Blizzard order, incorrect food order and the food was so cold the burger buns were hard. The drive through line consistently takes 45-60 min. Our family has experienced this multiple times, it’s not just a one off. No matter how bad you want blizzard, do not go here... it also goes without saying that you shouldn't order the food either.
