SPENT 40 MINUTES IN THE DRIVE THRU FOR A BLIZZARD
Oof. How this location is still in business is beyond me. There's a crazy high turnover rate which I'm sure is due to the management at the top. So I can't say I blame the employees, but rather their training and terrible understaffing courtesy of the owner. If you want to see a night and day difference, head to the NYA DQ and see how a restaurant like this can be professionally run. Home town feel, sweet treats
Waited 20 minutes to get food, the lady infront of me said that she wasn’t ordering while at the drive through and told me to wait. This is embarrassing to see🤦
This was hands down the worst fast-food experience I’ve had in a long time. I spent 38 minutes stuck in the drive-thru line, and once you’re in, you’re completely trapped—there’s no way to exit. That alone is a major issue. If your operation can’t handle the volume, you should close the drive-thru instead of forcing customers into a situation where they can’t leave.
