I placed a pickup order for 3 small choco brownie extreme blizzards, I reached the store for pickup only after it said as ready... However, upon visiting the front person seems to be confused and no order was ready for pickup. Only then he took sometime to recheck and made it In a rush.. deeply disappointed as I wanted to have my favorite chocoxtreme instead the guy ended up mixing more vanilla very less chocolate... The worst experience ever by Dq.. I would never visit or place an order from Kingsway going forward.... Lesso... read more
unfortunately only had 2 people on shift. my gosh it was a gong show. my banana split was horrible. no strawberries green bananas and the ice cream was only the size of a teaspoon. this location has declined alot and dont think id be back. but I feel sorry for the guys working there.
