I went through drive through and had to wait an entire 4 minutes for the girl to open the window. Just to be met with attitude no drink and she didn't even know the order. Then had to wait another ten minutes for the order to to be given just for it to, Then surprise surprise, be wrong. Horrible customer service. I asked her name and was told Adriana. She is a dark haired short girl who was working the register. I highly suggest going to a different Dairy Queen than the one on addison. The one on bluelakes has alot better customer service and nice atmosphere.
