The chick in the drive thru could sure use a refresher in customer service. Maybe it was a bad day or something but sheesh the couldn't care less really dripped off of her.
We were just stopping by to get some ice creams and it was mostly teenage boys working. There was no line and while we were waiting several of the young workers were just standing staring at us (We were all young women). There was only one male worker moving around and doing work and it seemed like they were just too shy to come take our order so we left. I can understand social anxiety but you can't avoid taking customers. You lose the business money and earn unhappy customers. Thank you.
