I wil never eat here again. They always mess up our order. Last time was the the last straw, they refused to fix it.
I liked this location a lot more before the remodel, but the service is much better here than the other locations in northwest Indiana. The DQ's in Valpo and Westville are horrible while this one is a stand-out! I highly recommend Hebron DQ

How is it everytime I go in after the morning / afternoon staff leaves, the night crew is just terrible at their jobs. I order a 4 piece and a 6 piece , normal , not tossed in BBQ, what I get is one tossed in BBQ and the 4 piece has 6 tenders in it ? The onion rings are clearly double fried and or just dropped again to heat them up, i order at 8:23 wait until 10 minutes after my quoted time, which was 8:35, just to have to stand in the place for another like 5 minutes, there were cars in the drive thru, but I legit placed my... read more
