My daughter and I enjoy dining in and their ice cream
They tried to tell me my wasn't there then they ignored me and when I showed them screenshot of my order confirmation the suddenly apologized and said they found my order on the screen. Multiple people came in got their orders before they even gave me mine no sorry for the wait or anything. Then the soda fountain only had limited selection because everything was out. Over all worst experience ever.
Placed a mobile order and saw a different flavor option for the chicken tenders when we pulled up to the window. The man at the drive through window refused to change the flavor even though we offered to pay.
