I’m not a big burger person, but I do enjoy one occasionally. I don’t particularly like fast food either, but sometimes I crave it. I don’t visit Dairy Queen often—maybe once in a while. Today, around 11 a.m. on my way to a meeting, I suddenly thought, “Maybe I’ll give Dairy Queen a try.” So I pulled into the drive-thru. First time in a long time going back to DQ. Waited a while until anyone came to the counter. Prices are outrages , 33 bucks for a 6 PC chicken basket meal and a mushroom burger.Waited 10 min for the food. Restaurant was clean, staff was somewhat friendly. Next customer came in waited even longer to get service, was not impressed and asked staff what's happening here. For the price , I get better service and value elsewhere.I will not be back at any DQ

I spent over $30 on food and simply asked for one extra sauce — they refused. The drive thru lady even spoke with the manager, who still said no. It’s unbelievable that a business would rather argue over a small sauce than value a paying customer. Terrible customer service and zero sense of hospitality. Definitely won’t be coming back.
