Ordered a DQ Ice Cream sandwich and when I received this item, the ice cream was half thickness then what they show as advertised and the brown cookie thing did not taste fresh…. Very sad to have experienced this. The ones you buy in boxes had more quality than the one that was served. Another time I had a bad experience with their banana split where again their quantity did not match as what is advertised and from other locations… getting frustrated with this location service. Gave us water down ice cream.
Staff is very nice and even gives me free food sometimes but when I go through the drive through I see lots of mice which does gross me out
