Sometimes in life, we give people the benefit of the doubt and assume that the people we are dealing with may be going through something personal in their lives. At this location, however, the consistent attitudes, the degrading tone of voice and the inhumane behaviour towards customers is simply intolerable. I’m writing to express my disappointment with the way one of your managers (AMAN) treated us during our recent visit. We simply asked for a Triple Chocolate Brownie, and the AMAN’s response was shockingly rude and completely unprofessional. The tone and attitude were not at all customer-friendly — it honestly made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable.
