Went there Monday, the counter person was Keira. She was super nice and greeted us with a big smile and she even flipped the blizzard upside down for my son. Place was spotless. I will be coming here again.
I went to DQ on Sunday, the counter person was Keira. She was a sweetheart, my food was nice in hot just perfect. I'll definitely be coming there again soon.
While our two blizzards we ordered were fine, the service and atmosphere that we saw in the lobby for the 15 minutes that we had to wait was fairly poor and somewhat terrifying. The employee working the lobby, Kiera, was clearly having a bad day and maybe just needed a hug? She was complaining in front of other costumers of people being there, hitting garbage cans, slamming cabinet doors, while holding back tears. Again, maybe she just had a bad day but it was very awkward and maybe don’t work in food service?
