Normally the food is good here. The person at the window does their job perfunctorily. Not overly friendly but they're okay. Today, we had to pull to the gate and wait for hot, fresh French fries. It wasn't a long wait, but the tall, unhappy man who brought the food out to the car didn't speak at all, even after I thanked him for bringing the food. He was so put out that he had to work.
