me and my mother come to this diary queen very frequently. We always order 2 cups of ranch with our chicken baskets, and we are charged every single time . Every single time we get that food we do not get our ranch, not a big deal obviously we will just come back through and get it. Super friendly girl at the window. But I’ve never seen a turtle pecan cluster blizzard with so little ice cream. I asked her to remake this first one because it was runny (she didn’t flip it upside down) but this had no chocolate in it. And the cup lacked almost 2 inches from being full. Didn’t want to sound like a big complainer so just took it. My husband wanted a Coke freeze and settled for a large Coke with ice cream -a float. She said the machine was broken to make the freeze. Look if I wanted to pay 20$ for some mediocre fast food, I’d go to McDonalds, I go this place because I live close, but every time I go when I place an order on the app, and arrive at the time they tell me, boom I get parked and I gotta wait 10+ mins, if I wanted to wait on my food I’d just use the drive through regularly, I’d figure since I come here enough let’s get the app and get rewards for eating here.
