Just want to say that this is a fantastic place to eat. Food is great as well as the ice cream. Never had a problem with employees, as they are always helpful and friendly. I read reviews and wonder what has happened to our society that some people would try to destroy a business with such petty reviews. There are times that this restaurant is crazy busy and you might have to wait. The fact that it is crazy busy should tell you people like that restaurant. So someone got your name wrong…. Who cares. I would like to talk to a manager all I had was a celebration cake and they kept telling me to hold on after I had already stood in line behind 10 ppl he just kept saying hold on no I'm not gna wait for a bunch of stuff to be cooked when all I ordered was a cake and it's right there said he was the manager don't think he was needs serious help no structer what so ever place is always behind but that's ridiculous he told me to be patient and I was but I'm not gna spend all day standing there
Just want to say usually this place is 5 stars for me, this review is only based from this one experience and for the worker at the window. I'm a regular who typically has an amazing experience but the young guy working the window april 6th around 8pm was incredibly rude. After mishearing my name as "Jason" and "Caseoh," (bro? seriously?)
