The prices are outrageous, I won’t go back.
My wife and I were regular weekly customers here, but after today we will never be back. My wife is hard of hearing, and part of her order was missing. When I called to ask for it to be fixed, the employee on the phone immediately got defensive, blamed my wife, and even claimed they were “yelling and screaming for her to stop” — which is completely untrue. Terrible service, rude, and ordered chocolate brownie extreme blizzards 3 of them, they were white ice cream and very little pieces inside, but yet they charge you so much for one and there so cheap. You want to charge 22.00 for 3 small ice creams make them properly. Train your workers to make the product the right way. Than the girl lies to me and tells me there’s no proper amount of chocolate to put in the blizzards and that’s why they come out white ice cream.
