Visited Hampton Rd DQ at approximately 6 pm today. There were 7 people in front of me and 3 behind me, all waiting for counter service. In spite of several staff working at the restaurant NO ONE served those of us in the line up at the counter. One female staff member was packaging food for the drive thru, running food out to the diningroom and providing food for Skip orders/deliveries. I love the 6 pack chicken strip basket that y'all added! its great! the service was ok same thing with the atmosphere but other then that I liked it!
