I’ve been a paying customer of this Dairy Queen until tonight. The past couple times the staff has been extremely rude (even though we were the only car in the drive thru), they made us feel rushed and clearly had no idea how to provide mediocre (at best) costumer service. I ordered a simple twist cone with sprinkles and was given a sloppy cone of some sort. I asked nicely if they could make it again and was treated like I was the biggest inconvenience (keep in mind we were the only ones in the drive thru). Very disappointed... read more
