March 12th 2025 around 830pm on a Thursday night, at the drive through window and I was informed that my card was declined.. I apologized and made sure to check that it was turned “ON” which it was, and asked her to run it again… same issue. Gave her 4 other cards and AND attempted my Apple Pay only to be told “sorry it was declined.” By this time I am fairly annoyed and very Hangry. Fast and always fresh and hot !
Every thing was great such as customer service, speed in getting my item. The only criticism is that the Red Velvet blizzard was not anything to write home about. Just blah. It could’ve been called red ice cream blizzard and been OK. Just very underwhelming for the price.
