Unfortunately, this is not the first time we have had a bad experience at DQ west Vancouver. This is the second time we ordered the Score Brownie Top and the cookie/brownie was served cold and almost frozen instead of being warmed. I was also very disappointed with the hygiene. The staff member took the brownie out of the box with her bare hands and put it into the cup. The same hands were used to clean the table before touching the food, which made me very uncomfortable. Everything about this place is just wrong, I ordered a 4 piece chicken with fries and to my surprise I open it and see a what looks to be 9 times deep fried onion ring with my food they just threw in. Smelled horrible, same as the chicken it smelled like crude oil, the chicken looked horrible as well genuinely don’t know how this is open. As well as all the pop was flat every single one. Sauce tasted expired as well. Do not recommend

I really loved amarjit and Inder’s customer service. I visited there yesterday night and the staff greeted me so well. Also the girl who was taking order, she assisted me so well with the menu. One of the best places to have ice creams.
