Handing out inedible food and then not answering 8/9 phone calls is unacceptable. Growing up around the area, this has been my go-to dq and I’ve only had a problem once before and it was small. But last night I did a mobile order at about 8:30pm, due to pick up at about 8:45pm. I showed up at about that time but my ice cream was already half melted- which is whatever and kind of expected. Food was ok. Service was very slow.
Me and my friend went there. I got an M&M and she got a snickers blizzard and we didn’t get any M&M or snickers in it. Worst Dairy Queen ever. And the blizzards were melted as soon as we got into the car, the french fries and cheese curds were cold and it was only 62° out
