We had trouble with the coupons then the fries was cold when they came out went to do a coupon for blizzards and the first time blizzards was runny then the next time one blizzard was still runny the fortpayne location does not flip their blizzards for u and if they do its really fast bc they know it will fall out personally the experience was just over all crap and sad that they can’t do stuff right there my fiancée flipped his blizzard once we got outside and it fell everywhere because it was so runny
Placed a mobile order for a couple of blizzards. Supposed to have been a 12 minute wait turned to a 30 minute wait. Staff was not helpful and a couple of rude customers as well.
No mustard and no onions is no mustard and no onions. Do better please.
Waited a long time on the food and a person in front of me held me up for the longest and then they park me! It’s lunch time. Be prepared for customers!
My wife and I have been a regular here for 5 years now and I'm sad to say this place is declining. Food is just not what it used to be. As much as things cost nowadays, we expect it to be fresh and satisfying! Day shift. Night shift. The only reason we sometimes come at night is because of our work schedule, but I don't think we'll be back, unless our schedule allows to come during lunch hours! Lunch is always good, but we can't always make it during lunch.
