Place is filthy dirty. Staff is polite but unprofessional. Bathroom floors are so greasy you cant hardly stand up.
Prices are high, employees kinda rude Food quality had dropped (gravy=watered down w/ pepper sprinkles..) Can't really "ruin" a DQ due to the nature of the biz, but this one is going downhill
I was disappointed that they did not have the basic fixings for the Blizzard I wanted. The bigger issue was the lack of customer service. The person took my order than walked away, not even making sure I paid (which I easily could have skipped), waving towards the counter for me to pick up my order. The order was placed on the counter without a word that it was ready, no spoon provided and not easily seen by someone who hasn't been there before. It was a frustrating experience for such a simple thing.
