Need to make sure all headsets for the drive-thru are properly working. Not very inviting if a customer has to constantly repeat themselves when ordering.
They couldn't get are order right and took about 45 min.
DQ use to have amazing service, but now with all these teenagers they have, service is a complete downfall I was in the drive thru the other day and they were swearing in Spanish and English being super rude…. They always reply with WHAT ??? WHAT ??? If the mic doesn’t work then DQ needs to fix it asap, and the cussing in the mic needs to stop we had kids in the car and that’s not ok !!!! These teenagers need to step it up nd be responsible and respectful or get new ones !!! It’s ridiculous how bad the staff treats you here ... read more
