I came in this afternoon the employee arsh served us was really nice and polite. She made our day by providing us nice and quick service
Corporate discreet complaint process ridiculous. Guy who spoke perfect english and took drive through order for two small choc-dip cones yesterday somehow managed to have only one prepared by the time we got to the window. My treat and no cash so I end up needing to separately put both cones on my card. Cones were sloppy, chocolat was cracked, dripping ice cream everywhere and messy. Slow clap, pay attention.
This place online shows that they close at 11pm, and most of the time dine in is closed at 10pm. Tf, I went in at 9:40pm to be precised, and the doors were shut, people were mopping the floor and the gates were shut. Can I know whyyyy?????
