Totally inconsistent at this location. Completely inedible peanut buster parfait. As shown in photos there was more salt than peanuts throughout. Nothing worse than a literal mouth full of salt thinking it's peanuts. Disgusting. Absolutely disgusting. Took it to go otherwise I would have demanded a refund.

When we came inside, the people were not taking orders although the line was nearly out the door. When my order was taken, i waited for my food for quite a while, which is okay however when we got the food the lady yelled the order 5 times while I was actively standing up to get my food. Then, she forgot my sauce, my utensils, my friends entire drink. The chicken I ordered was supposed to be sauced and tossed, which it was very slightly but not thoroughly. Last Wednesday, I visited the store to ask how late I could place an order for a custom-designed cake that would be ready for pickup on Sunday at 11:00 a.m. I was told that I could place the order until Friday, but if I came on Friday, it had to be early in the morning. I was also told to send the picture to the email address listed on the order form. Terrible experience I’ve had today. Went to grab 2 soft serve cones. Not only did it take way longer than expected, the soft serve itself came out very runny, like the machine was just turned on. One cone was chocolate dipped, one bite into it and it completely fell apart all over myself. Did NOT enjoy at all.
