There’s cutting costs, and then there’s this place. New ownership has taken this location down to the worst in the city. Watery ice cream, stingy toppings - they don’t even fill up the cups all the way for blizzards any more. Don’t bother paying for a royal blizzard or you just get a regular for a higher price. My fiance and I have tried coming here a few times, and I don’t write many reviews, but every time we come here is an absolute disappointment. Please drive to another location and save yourself the trouble.

This is so upsetting. We usually go to another DQ but decided to try this one out, we ordered two blizzards and they were the worst blizzards ever. barely any toppings and the toppings that were there weren’t mixed. i had chunks of toppings instead of pieces. The blizzards were so watery there’s no way they could’ve flipped them over. I am so disappointed and will not be coming again. I should’ve read the reviews before making the drive.

Awful service. We went in yesterday to use one of the online offers and since their system wasnt working they were ZERO HELP. it took 40 min for them to even call their manager to find a solution with me asking them to. They also didnt know how to use the computer well which means little experience.

The staff here are absolutely brutal. They arent even familiar with the items that are on their own menu. They screwed up my order and then after rectifying it, apparently the difference was $1.05. So after spending over $50 on a cake and other food and having the wait for them to fix their own screw up they make me pull out my card to pay $1.05. What a joke. The incompetence here is mind blowing. I won’t be back.
