Our order was accurate, staff was friendly, service was a little slow but overall we had a good experience.
Very poor service. Multiple times we have arrived well before closing while the open light is on and have been left at the drive through order screen totally ignored and not served. Blizzards have been made with incorrect ingredients several times. It isn't worth it anymore to go to this location. It used to be one of the best around about 10 years ago.
30 minutes + trapped in the drive thru for two chicken strip baskets and a burger, they forgot the burger and the rest of the food was cold. Seems to be this way at this place every time. Perhaps better training or accountability of your staff would go a long way.
