Not participating in free cone day as a franchisee is comical. Would love to hear the owner justify that, please oblige me. To be clear, it was still busy, I bought a $22 meal and was satisfied with my experience and the food, but your decision to not participate when they're running national campaigns is hilarious. I'm sitting here listening to people complain about your "sign on the door" about the lack of participation, currently.
Super lame to not participate in free cone day, so I'll be going to another location that does. Also this place sucks anyways; they always messed up our order whenever we did order previous times, they're always out of things (which you only find out by a paper sign taped to their window after you've arrived), and the employees are always rude. So this was their last strike, I won't be coming here anymore.

When I found out this place was open for the season, I just had to go! I had the banana split, and asked the young woman to give me light ice cream. I ate everything but a small amount of ice cream.
