I ordered a buy-one-get-one-free offer through Uber Eats, but only one item was included in my order. I called the store very politely to let them know. Instead of trying to help or offering any kind of solution, the employee who answered told another staff member that I hadn’t received the second item. I then clearly heard the other staff member say, “Then order two,” in a very rude tone, seemingly not realizing I could hear the conversation. The front counter guy was very nice. And he checked our orders before handing them to us to make sure the kitchen got the customizations we requested. We appreciate the customer service and quality control. I wish more places would take the seconds to double check like they did. The food seemed freshly made. Food and desserts tasted great.

Visited this local DQ location one evening to cool down this summer heat. We got greeted by Assistant Manager Vinayak, who also helped us make decisions on our order for a summer cooldown, definitely an asset to the company. We ordered a mini blizzard cone and a lemonade. Friendly and pleasant atmosphere here. Kudos to the member of staff for keeping this place up to standards.
