I visited on July 5th, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The man taking orders at the drive-thru speaker was very rude. I was ordering three small Blizzards, each with a different flavor, and was reading the names directly from the Dairy Queen website. He repeatedly told me I was saying the wrong thing and seemed irritated while I was trying to place my order. I apologized and explained that I was simply reading the menu from the store's website. On July 01, 2026 at around 11:30 AM, I had a very poor experience at this location. The front counter staff member was extremely rude and unprofessional while taking my order. The behavior was so disrespectful that I felt I had no choice but to leave without completing my order. This level of customer service is unacceptable. Customers should be treated with basic respect, not attitude or hostility. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses the issue so it doesn’t happen again.

Manager was talking bad about other employees in front of customers, when I ordered my food and received it, it was wrong and the manager argued with me at said no I did not order that and finally fixed it and I can hear him in the kitchen talking bad about me to another employee about my order and he kept going outside and talking to people and goofing off while there were customers waiting to get there orders takin, the restrooms were very nasty and dirty and no toilet paper or soap, will not be back again ever
