If you like ice cold food that you have to wait 20 minutes for even though you're the only other car waiting on food, and you even saw an employee point out that it was ready when you first pulled up to the window, you'll love this place! Also when they go back inside to get a Dilly Bar that they forgot, they will go back inside and never return! the great mystery of the disappearing DQ employees...

Food taste was good, once I was waited on the process was smooth, but took some time when I was the only one in line. Food was hot and atmosphere nice. Price was overvalued for product and I feel the large order for the side did not meet the definition as compared to other burger establishments. One member of the staff was much more at the front than the others and reached out with pleasantries while the other staff were not.

This place needs remedial training in customer service. Filthy tables, SLOW service when NO ONE is there. This happens every time we come. Take a lesson from the DQ in Greenbrier! Love DQ! Thumbs down for this location! UPDATE: THINGS HAVE NOT IMPROVED. Absolutely slowest service ever and workers act oblivious to people waiting at the counter. Orders are OFTEN gotten wrong! It is absolutely ridiculous.

I have a limited time for my lunch break, I can’t just wait half an hour for someone to take my order then wait another half hour to get my food. I’m sorry I thought of Dairy Queen for lunch, my mistake! No greeting when I walked in, no “it’ll be just a moment!” From even the general manager looking right at everyone in the lobby. Put someone on the front or at least communicate with your customers. Corporate and management needs to put customers first. The manager is not professional, loud, and is rude to all! I will not be back. All of their fountain drinks were awful, sundae had very little fudge on it, french fries were few, one chicken tender was half size. I dont understand it, if you are working customer service. I did dine in, and the sweet tea was gross too, old? Idk.
