Every time I go through the drive-thru, I pay then they make me pull away from the drive-thru and park in a nearby parking space, telling me “We’ll bring you your food shortly.” This is unacceptable service. I understand it’s to get drive-thru times down, but there should be no excuse why you must make the customer leave the window before they are handed their food. Drove 30 minutes specifically to grab DQ. Was 8pm when I arrived, voicemail says they close at 9:30 pm, google says they close at 9pm, someone answered the phone and said they close at 8pm. Hope they fix their hours.

I had a bad experience, but the General Manager was absolutely amazing, very apologetic, and kind and cared..People please give this store another chance, he's trying so hard, thank you. He takes care of problems, he does , he listens.

I have over the years ate at this restaurant, over actually 10 years, I lived there , moved , still would go there, but the last 5 times, food cold, fries , hotdogs,hamburgers, just plain not good at all..got your treats, Blizzards, and etc..1-10 ten being the best up until the last months 8 most of the time, now being generous a 2..I got a blizzard cake , Reese's Cup. Let me say this, they need someone to teach them, doesn't taste to good..and wasn't the blizzard cake I wanted.was regular not blizzard..Just all around not u... read more
