Always nice with great service, good people working there
Waited in a very long line. Finally made it to the window and heard an employee in the background say, "I can't even make these orders. The ice cream is too soft." I assumed ours weren't impacted since they still had me pay and didn't mention anything. But I was wrong. They gave me 2 banana splits that were complete soup. So gross. Three employees were there, all aware of the issue, and they just continued taking orders and handing these out as if nothing was wrong.
