I saw an advertisement on the television regarding a Valentine Ice Cream Cake that Dairy Queen was offering for $9.99. I called the store on Armour Road to place an order. The young lady who took my order confirmed the price. I went to pick up the cake at 11:00 a.m. Valentines Day. The person who waited on me said "that will be $16.11."
