Don't waste your time trying to get a blizzard cake made. Called three days in advanced. They called the day before pick up to confirm the colors. I told them we do not want pink.. the frosting was pink when came to pick up. Also stated when I made the order if they can do cookie jar blizzard (oreos, cookie dough and fudge) three times with the lady and she said yes each time. No apologies. No offering to make a new cake. Nothing. Remember, customers are why your in business. No they are not always right but come on.
The new owners that have taken over at the Dairy Queen in Mora need to learn what it means for customer service. Went in there to order the deal they had going on with the blizzard Small for $.85 and the gentleman tells me because the app isn’t working properly that I need to pay full price Seems kind of ridiculous to me
Good hot food hard to understand communication
Went in for dinner and got free cones the place was so so busy and all workers still did a amazing job. Never freaked out way to go team
