I recently did a few drive through orders with burgers and my order got messed up . They were very busy. I wrote a little nice complaint. Kristy the night manager called back right away and apologized and gave me a few free meals for next time. She was very friendly. I get it .. they get busy and things happen. I was happy they made it right! We love this Dairy Queen and will continue to go there!!
Disappointed, was told this location does not have chocolate ice cream, what kind of Dairy Queen is that? Got a chocolate dipped cone that was very sad looking.
