Got just a #1 burger only. no onions no pickles. OK, the tomatoes on the burger were the end slices of the tomato. Seem to be always disappointed Either a just a sprinkle of lettuce or end slices of tomatoes, but pretty much the only game in town for fast (and I use the term fast loosely) food.
I scrolled through these reviews before writing this. Complaints made up to a year ago (I stopped reading at this point). I can never get this DQ on my way to work, or they will make me late. 9/10 times I come through, "please pull up to the third window until we get that out" and there's not another soul in line. Ordered using the app the only way they would let me use a coupon didn’t have what I ordered so I still had to wait with using their app and service was unimpressive
The inside of the building was a mess with trash all over the floor, especially the employee area. There were 3 separate tables occupied including me. They brought another tables order out first with a tray, then some guy brings my food out in his hands. Paper wrapped burger in one hand and a half filled box of fries in the other.
