Food wasn't bad, they didn't call our number so we had to get it remade, but once we got it back, it was delicious! The bad part is that we got banana splits with bad pineapple. The banana splits weren't bad but the pineapple tasted like beer. The pineapple they had given us was fermented. They clearly didn't take care of the prep station if in the pineapple wasn't in a cold place. If it was it wouldn't have fermented.

Check EVERYTING before you drive away. It is sad that they do not know how to make blizzards and then make up stories to justify them being made incorrectly. If you arrive at home with your all of your incorrectly made items, the only thing you can do is drive all the way back to the store to correct things. Customer service was terrible. EVERY PICTURE or ADVERTISEMENT or PIECE OF LITERATURE shows and mentions blizzards as being made of vanilla based ice cream. I pulled up at 9:45PM to order last night and was told the “kitchen was closed”. The resturant doesn’t close until 10:30PM. Please explain this.

I usually like this restaurant but I’ll never go there again. An employee charged me for an order I usually get but it was higher than usual. I got two Mix and match for $5 dollars each and a DQ cooler. It was higher and I asked why it was higher and he told me because it’s now $6 each mix & match. I said cool. The total was $18.35. He ran my card and I saw $19 charged!! I inquired about that and he said it was more for credit purchases!!!
