The last 3 times we've been to this DQ they've gotten order wrong or have forgotten items that were ordered. No apologies, and when you talk to a team member, they look at you like you're an idiot and that you're bothering them. In the drive- thru, after every item ordered, they reply " is that it?" And they do not repeat your order back when you are done ordering.
