New place and they are still getting their sea legs, but it is a awesome addition to the area 3 years later and it's not gotten any better, corporate really needs to figure out what's going on here because you'll have three to five employees to standing around the counter with 10 people waiting in the waiting area as if the ice cream machine is taking way longer you should. But there seems to be a lot of confusion, anger, frustration, and the co-workers are constantly upset. Something's not working great

This place is always insanely busy, and staff do their best to serve us through the chaos. They may not be perfect but whenever I'm there, I can see them busting ass to get people's orders.

There has been exactly one time, in my several months of drive-thru patronage here, that my blizzard was mixed well. And because it did happen one time, I know it's possible. Today's order I requested extra reese's to the reese's blizzard, juat to see if that made a difference. It did not, and about halfway through it was just vanilla soft serve. Says they're open till 1030pm but they have the doors locked at 945pm.
