The food is standard Dairy Queen, but the drive thru takes a ridiculously long time (more than 10 minutes sometimes)! Plz tell your workers to hustle!
How the heck do you run out of vanilla ice cream? That’s one of the main things to keep in stock. I wouldn’t be upset if this was the first time but I ordered cupcakes online last time and then they told me they don’t sell them and still haven’t got my refund for that. This location isn’t doing well at all
Place was dirty, the food took forever just to be made and brought out. The food didnt even have everything on it. It was understaffed and the server was just impolite.
The food is good but the service isn’t the best. We have to sit in line for a while. God bless them but keep this in mind for your next trip!
In my 9 years of working in the fast food industry I have never encountered such an unfriendly, inattentive, slow working group of people. When I look at the drive thru screen and the front desk order screen and see that there are only 1, maybe even 2 orders, I do not see why 2 blizzards take more than 15 minutes to make, clearly no one pays attention to anything but their phones and gossip with their coworkers.
