Showed up well before 9 PM expecting the lobby to be open like posted, but the doors were locked. Meanwhile, employees were inside still making food and serving people. There were multiple customers outside confused and frustrated because we couldn’t get in. If your hours say the lobby is open until 9, then it should actually be open until 9. Either update the hours or stick to them. This just wastes people’s time and creates a bad experience for no reason.
We just had ice cream. It was good.
Always good food
I had just stopped by to buy blizzard for my son and we had to wait about 25 to 30 minutes in line for one medium size blizzard and while we’re waiting, we had the lady from drive-through with glasses come to us complaining about her work environment and the how she was left with 2 workers, and not her fault and happens often and keep blaming others for her mistakes besides the male who was apologizing for the wait.
