I came from Detroit with my mom and boyfriend and we stopped at this location last summer to have lunch since we had been traveling all day. Instead of making my mom's burger fresh, I saw two employees reheating a burger that was pre-made. Additionally, I had ordered pretzels with nacho cheese. When I got my food, the pretzels were SOAKED in oil, as was the platter it was served on. I literally had to take three napkins and slide off all the oil, which took off at the salt too.
