2nd time issue with the service here. Both involved no response when pulling into the drive-thru. The 1st time, weeks ago, we waited for about 5 minutes at the speaker. Decided to leave and go to Wendys for a frosty. Last night, we went to the speaker and no response. I made sure to say "Hello" several times into the speaker.
