Come here quite often since I work up the road & I love their pretzel sticks! There have been many times at other locations that I get them & they are hard or burnt…. Came here the one day & I was having a crap day - and something simple like mh pretzel sticks being so fresh & perfect made my whole day! Totally called & told them that they did an awesome job!
Typical DQ, staff is usually pretty good.
Placed an online order. Due to traffic arrived 10 minutes early. DQ staff could not figure out how to expedite my order. I had to stand around and wait. Very disappointed.
Have been here 4 times this month, 2x they left something out. Check your bag before you drive away!
