Worst place in the city. I have come here multiple times during the night because I don’t want to wait in a long like in the drive through. Every single time I come here I wait 10+ minutes at the window for my ice cream when there is nobody else in the drive through and the inside is closed. Horrible service. I can see my ice cream ready and just sitting on the counter while the people working fool around, where is the manager in this place?

Slower drive-thru ever.
Every time I think “give them another chance” the service and accuracy ends up being worse. Only 2 customers in the building (drive thru was closed without explanation just a milk crate blocking it) messed up his order twice and when I got home I found mine was missing items too. Waited over 10 mins each while staff complained to each other how slow it was and messed around. Fountain pop machine out of ice as well. Avoid!
