It’s not like it used to be that’s for sure
I asked for a pecan parfait, and until last month, the staff knew what I wanted, but I didn't get the same treatment. I never had to explain or tell them the ingredients, and I got pecans and chocolate. After a while, they put caramel on top, and it all melting. All I heard was I am the supervisor. It upset me, and I hope you like that I paid for it but left it at the counter. I'm never coming here again.
