You know if you guys see mobile orders in your system and you are out of something, you shouldn’t start on said order until you talk to the person. You could’ve offered a refund, or even an extra topping. Discounting a separate drink and not just comping it for the inconvenience is WILD.
We dont live in Ft. Scott but love the ice cream at the dairy queen there.
