Twice now we’ve been to this location and twice now we’ve been treated rudely by the staff. Whoever’s operating this place needs to hire some people with customer service skills.
This is the best dq in medford.
We ordered 9 meals we have a big family. Wife and I have 7 children all living with us. So we ordered 9 meals and all the burgers were raw. I get it big order right. But still please take the time to do the job right. Things are not cheap anymore and we had to throw all that food out no to mention the hard earned money we spent to buy the food in the first place. So with that said I rate this experience a 1 star.
